Meika graduated from Notre Dame High School and was one of the most efficient outside hitters in Inland history. She was a three-year starter and two-time All-American at USC and finished her outstanding career with 1,269 kills, 863 digs and 400 blocks.
Meika Wagner graduated from Notre Dame High School and was one of the most efficient outside hitters in Inland history. Meika was a three-year starter and two-time All-American at USC and finished her outstanding career with 1,269 kills, 863 digs and 400 blocks. Wagner registered a .324 attacking percentage during her four seasons with the Trojans, including an impressive .361 mark during her senior season in 1994. She graduated from USC with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. After college, she was a Team USA member for three years.
Meika went on to play volleyball professionally overseas for various clubs in four different countries from 1996 to 2013. She speaks five languages (Italian, English, Spanish, German and Portuguese) and often served as the interpreter for her and other teams. Meika currently divides her time between freelancing in the fashion industry and giving private volleyball lessons in the Los Angeles area.
