Frank was a four-sport star at Norte Vista, excelling as a placekicker and punter. At RCC, he was named Jr. College All-American in 1974 & 1975. He still holds kicking records at UCLA where he was a 1977 All-American. As a Rams rookie, Frank led the NFL in scoring and his 80-yard punt is still a record. A Pro-Bowler, he finished with 154/160  PAT’s. Frank remains active with Riverside youth and was named to RCC’s Athletic Hall of Fame in 2005.
